"I am a professionally and fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist. My qualifications were obtained through the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and I am an associate member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, one of the most highly regarded registers of Hypnotherapists.
My interest in Hypnosis began during my Psychology degree, where I focused my thesis on Cognitive Psychology examining the way we learn consciously and unconsciously.
Research suggests that we learn many things without conscious awareness and that unconscious learning affects both our behaviour and decision making. This can be negatively in our bad or unwanted habits and phobias or positively in self-confidence and well being.
Hypnotherapy can help undo the negatives in your subconscious, unlearn unwanted behaviours and attitudes as well as help motivate and reinforce the positives.
My therapeutic approach starts with a one on one, free consultation, during which I take a full case history of the symptom we are dealing with, this way I ensure therapy is specifically catered for each individual case.
I see many clients with an arrange of different sypmtoms, I help people Stop smoking and lose weight, to increasing their confidence, managing stress and over coming anxiety, right through to pain control during child birth, as well a various other psychological disorders.
