Amreeta has been in full-time Hypnotherapy practice for the last five years and she has been Specialising in Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Low Self-Esteem, Phobias and Sexual Abuse/Problems as well as Anger/Stress Management. Amreeta helps children as well using Hypnotherapy and her Psychology training with issues such as anxiety in children, anger in children, exams fears in children, fears/bedwetting, etc...
Amreeta is trained as a Psychologist and Clinical Hypnotherapist and belongs to the BSCH(British Society of Clinical Hypnosis), GHR( General Hypnotherapy Register) as well as she is a Member of the NHS Directory of Complementary & Alternative Practitioners.
Her Hypnotherapy Practices are in Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell and Windsor on different days/times.
As a Hypnotherapist Amreeta finds that an average of 4-6 sessions are needed to attain the goals that clients facing phobias, anxiety, panic, low self-esteem set for themselves when they come for Hypnotherapy. There is around 25% of her clients who need more sessions because of severe child or sexual abuse or else they have gone through a lot of trauma in the past.
When clients call for Hypnotherapy they will often be calling regarding symptoms like insomnias, IBS, Blushing, Fear of presentation, Fear of flying or weight loss but often these symptoms are related to their beliefs and self-image about themselves.
Amreeta Chapman is happy to answer your queries regarding Hypnotherapy and your issues. She works extensively with adults and children as well who come for issues to do with school: exams fears, shyness, confidence issues, food issues, enuresis, nail biting, anger, aggression at school etc...

Peter has 11 years of experience as a Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner as well as he is a Member of the National Council of Psychotherapists & UK Guild of Hypnotist Examiners.
Although he has a special interest in stop smoking as a hypnotherapist he also has experience in working with phobias of all sorts, Panic Attacks, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders as well as Anxiety/Depression.
